Product Prices

Our prices are inclusive of any discount, UK VAT, and delivery to some parts of the GB mainland.

Delivery is usually 1 - 2 working days for most products on the GB mainland, except for some Scottish areas, Offshore Islands and the Isle of Wight. Delivery charges can apply principally but not exclusively to the following postcodes, AB, IV, KW, PA, PH.

To these locations there is a delivery charge of £24.00 (inclusive of VAT) for ALL gardening equipment. For heavy items such as lawnmowers, tractors, ride on lawnmowers etc (mainly pallet deliveries) prices start from £48.00.

Please feel free to contact us on 01452 616169 should you require a quote for any additional costs to areas in Scotland or not on the mainland i.e the Isle of Wight or any Offshore Island.

We do not deliver any items to Northern Ireland, Eire, The Channel Islands , The Isle of Man or Europe.

Spare and Replacement Parts Orders

Parts advice and orders can only be researched based on the information supplied by the customer. It is your responsibility as the customer to check the information you provide is correct for your machinery.

All parts enquires are dealt with by email or by using our Parts Enquiry form located at the top right on the Home Page. We are no longer able to deal with these enquires by phone. Special Order spare parts are supplied on a non-returnable basis. No refunds can be given for parts that have been ordered specially for the customer which ultimately turn out to be incorrect.

A Special Order is when the customer has provided the details, description and /or part number themselves or the part is a non-stock item which has to be ordered directly from the manufacturer.

We cannot deliver any parts to Northern Ireland,  Eire, The Channel Islands , The Isle of Man or Europe.



We offer a secure means of ordering and paying for your products via this site. Alternatively, you can order and pay by cheque (made payable to Cheltenham Mowers Ltd).

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods you order before your order can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order will bring into existence a legally binding contract between us. Acceptance will occur on either the debiting of your credit card or the clearance of your cheque. A contract will not affect your statutory rights. We cannot process any orders without a cleared payment therefore any orders received without payment will be cancelled.



Most products are kept in stock with our nationwide distributors, and we aim to deliver your order usually within 1 -2 days of our receipt of your order and clearance of payment. If the item is out of stock we will keep you informed of any major delays.

Garden tractors are usually despatched within 5 – 7 working days and are delivered fully assembled and ready to mow.

Most parts are sent by 1st class Royal Mail depending on the size, weight and cost of the item. We use a range of courier services to despatch machinery including DPD, Fed-Ex, ParcelForce, UPS and XDP.

Products will be despatched to your preferred address directly from our distributors. A detailed VAT receipt will be emailed to you on the same day.

Product Warranties

All garden machinery products carry the appropriate manufacturers' warranties. Warranty information displayed in our online catalogue applies to DOMESTIC use of products. For COMMERCIAL use, different warranties usually apply - please enquire for details.


Cancellation Rights

In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, commencing from the day after the day you receive the goods However, you must ensure that the goods remain unused and are retained in their original packaging. You must return them within 15 days of the date of their delivery to you to our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods within 30 days of the date of cancellation provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the the condition they were in when delivered to you.


Faulty Goods

If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered, you may return them after notifying us of the problem with the goods and your intention to return them. You must return them within 30 days of the date of their delivery to you to our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.


Privacy Policy

Cheltenham Mowers Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy and collect only the information about the consumer that is submitted at the time of ordering or enquiring about our goods and services. The information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) will be used only for the purposes of fulfilling orders and answering enquiries.

 Consumers' personal details are handled with total confidentiality and stored securely by Cheltenham Mowers Ltd. Such details will never be passed to third parties nor be used by us to send you marketing material. GDPR - We may collect the following information for the processing and despatch of orders. Your name, address and contact information including email address and telephone number. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.

We shall not be liable to customers for charges for hire of alternate machinery or labour. Cheltenham Mowers Ltd will not be liable for compensation of any kind due to late delivery of machinery or failure of machinery or damage to property from delivery.
